GC was incorporated in 2011 and is promoted by a group of professionals turned entrepreneurs. GREY CELLS, a professionally managed Training Development organization is a team of committed professionals whose aim is to prepare trainees with necessary skills, knowledge and attitude that will allow them to take on the challenges and maximize their potential. We works to enrich and empower teacher trainees by enhancing teacher effectiveness in classrooms, providing teachers with a friendly, non-threatening and non-authoritarian professional support system. GC identifies, shares, and applies 21st century innovations in learning to guide schools to excellence.
GC caters to corporate organizations, schools, colleges and other professional educational institutions. GC partners with all the stake holders in School education system—students, staff and Heads of school and School Managements for improving / enhancing the standard and performance of the school. We intend to bring quintessential change in the process of learning which looks at Learners as the key force in the field of education.
Our team comprises exceptionally skilled, highly motivated and committed professionals who facilitate seamless / quintessential transformation of our clients towards performing in a space of excellence
GC provides/offers a wide range of options for organizations and individuals to upgrade their skills and competencies to maximize their potential. The workshops/trainings are customized suit the requirements of each or a group of organizations.
The duration options range from half a day to three day workshop, and a long duration-10 days workshop for entry level teachers.
GC HAS TWO DIVISIONS/ GC OPERATES ON TWO FOCUS AREAS
Education Division
Education Division provides services to leading Schools and other Educational Institutes. The Key Focus Areas are teacher training and empowerment, school restructuring project, Recruitments, Headhunting, Lab Settings, Consultancy and School startup Projects.
Corporate Division
Corporate division provides services to leading Corporates and MNCs. The key focus areas are Recruitments, Headhunting and Training.
